Organisation settings apply to your whole organisation (across all workspaces). Go to Settings → Organisation to manage them.
You need administrator permissions to change organisation settings.
Organisation name
Your organisation’s name as it appears in the platform. Administrators can update it directly from this page.
Home country
The country your organisation is based in. This is used to pre-fill country fields in forms and to set regional defaults where applicable.
Home currency
Your organisation’s primary currency. This is used when displaying payment and fundraising totals across the platform.
Email domain
Setting an email domain allows users with a matching email address to request access to your workspaces automatically, without needing an individual invitation.
Example: If your domain is yourcharity.org.uk, anyone signing up or logging in with a @yourcharity.org.uk email address will see an option to request access to your workspace.
To set or update your domain, enter it in the Email domain field and click Save.
Workspaces (tenants)
The Organisation tab shows all workspaces (tenants) belonging to your organisation, along with their status.
