Introduction to the Relationships module — ThirdSectorBee's CRM.
The Relationships module is ThirdSectorBee’s CRM (contact relationship manager). It lets you store and manage information about the people and organisations that matter to your cause.
What you can manage
- Contacts — individual people: supporters, donors, volunteers, trustees, staff
- Organisations — charities, companies, grant-making bodies, or any institutional record
- Things — any other entity that doesn’t fit the above (properties, assets, funds, programmes)
You can link any of these together and track every interaction through touchpoints, record payments and donations, and manage fundraising activities.
Finding your way around
From the sidebar, click Relationships to reach the dashboard. From there you can:
- Use the quick-add buttons to create new records immediately
- Browse contacts, organisations, or things from the top navigation tabs
- Use Segments for advanced filtering and saved audiences
