How to save a column mapping and reuse it for recurring imports.
If you import files with the same column structure regularly — for example, a monthly export from your donation platform — you can save your column mapping and reuse it each time.
Saving a mapping
During Step 3 (Map columns) of the import wizard, click Save mapping and enter a name.
The mapping is saved to your workspace and is available to all users with import permissions.
Loading a saved mapping
When you reach the Map columns step on a future import, click Load mapping and select the one you want. The columns will be pre-matched automatically.
Managing saved mappings
From the Import page, access the Saved mappings section to:
- View all saved mappings
- Delete mappings you no longer need
