Relationships settings let administrators customise touchpoint types and communications consent channels for their workspace.
Access settings via Relationships → Settings in the sidebar.
You need administrator permissions to change these settings.
Touchpoint types
Touchpoint types define the kinds of interaction you can record against a contact. By default a set of common types is provided, but you can add your own.

Each type can have a preferred direction — inbound, outbound, or either — which pre-selects the direction when logging a touchpoint of that type.
Communications consent channels
Consent channels define the communications methods you track consent for (e.g. Email, SMS, Postal, Phone).
