Current access requirement

The Organisation tab uses operations currently restricted to platform administrators. An ordinary workspace administrator can open the tab but may not be able to load the organisation details, list instances or save changes. Ask your platform administrator to make these changes if you do not have platform access.

The current tab can display Saved even when a request was refused. Reload the tab and verify the persisted value before relying on a change.

Open organisation settings

Open Settings → Organisation. The organisation name is displayed at the top; this tab does not offer a name editor. Ask your platform administrator to change the name or provision an additional workspace.

Set country and currency

  1. Under Country & Currency, select Home country.
  2. Check Home currency: selecting a country selects its usual currency, which you can override.
  3. Click Save in that section.

These are organisation defaults, not a conversion of existing payment amounts.

Set the email domain

  1. Enter the bare domain in Email Domain, for example yourcharity.org.uk (no @, email address or website prefix).
  2. Click that section’s Save button.

The value is trimmed and lowercased. The current form does not check domain ownership or provide full domain-format validation, so check the spelling before saving. Clearing it removes the configured domain.

A signup using a matching work-email domain can request access to the existing organisation. Matching a domain does not grant access by itself: review requests in Settings → Team.

See your workspaces

The Instances table lists workspace name, Tenant ID, enabled modules and status. The current workspace is marked (current). It is a reference list; it has no workspace creation control. See Organisation settings reference.
