Connect third-party services from Integrations. Each service has its own connection and mapping settings; saving credentials alone may not start the data flow you expect.

Use the troubleshooting steps in each guide if a connection is saved but data is missing. Available actions depend on your organisation’s access permissions and enabled modules.
Enable a service first
On the Integrations overview, switch the service from Disabled to Enabled, then open its Settings. Enabling or disabling a service requires integrations:manage; configuring the service may require additional permissions. Enabling makes its settings available but does not supply credentials or mappings.
