Open General giving to review donations for the current calendar year. You need relationships:read:fundraisingactivities to read the statistics.

• Total raised shows donations received and retained after refunds; pledged and invoiced amounts are excluded.
• Average gift is total raised divided by donation count. A large donation can noticeably increase this mean.
• Where giving comes from splits giving between fundraising pages, organisations, individual donors and unattributed giving.
• Giving by month shows the same sources across the year.

Amounts use the workspace reporting currency. Statistics are updated separately from payment entry, so a new or corrected payment may take a moment to appear. The current dashboard has no year selector or export control. If no donations are recorded, it shows an empty-state message rather than a meaningful average.

Use payment records to inspect individual gifts and reconciliation to investigate imported settlement exceptions.
