Settings are accessed via Relationships → Settings in the sidebar. You need administrator permissions to change them.
Touchpoint types
Touchpoint types define the kinds of interaction that can be recorded against a contact.
| Property | Notes |

| Name | The label shown when logging a touchpoint |
| Default direction | Inbound, Outbound, or Either — pre-selects the direction when this type is picked |
| Active | Inactive types do not appear when logging new touchpoints |
Communications consent channels
Consent channels define the communications methods you record consent for (e.g. Email, SMS, Postal, Phone).
