Add a passkey
- Open Settings → Security.
- Under Passkeys, choose Add a passkey.
- Follow your browser or device prompt to register a fingerprint, face or device PIN.
- Check that the passkey appears in the list.
Use the passkey sign-in option on the login screen. Passkey registration depends on browser/device support; if registration fails, retry on a supported device while keeping password access available.
Remove a passkey
Choose Remove beside the passkey, then Yes, remove. You will need another passkey or your password to sign in afterwards.
Set the workspace idle timeout
Administrators with account:admin:team also see Session idle timeout on this tab. Choose Lock after, then Save. Available presets range from five minutes to eight hours, with Never lock as an alternative.
This setting applies to everyone in the current workspace. After inactivity, the app hides the screen and asks the user to confirm they are still there. It is separate from a personal passkey setting.
