Open submissions for a form

From the forms list, click Submissions on the form row.

Browse submissions

Submissions are shown in reverse chronological order (newest first). Each entry shows:

  • The date and time of submission
  • The processing status (Received, Processed, or Failed)

Click on a submission to expand it and see the individual field answers.

Submission statuses

Status Meaning
Received The submission arrived successfully and is queued for processing
Processed The CRM records (contact, touchpoint, payment) have been created or updated
Failed Processing encountered an error — check that your field mappings are valid

To review or change which CRM records a submission creates, open the form in the builder and check each field’s CRM mapping. See Build and publish a form and Form field types.
