Log a touchpoint

  1. Open the contact’s profile.
  2. Click Add touchpoint.
  3. Fill in:
    • Type — Phone call, Email, Meeting, etc. (your administrator manages the available types)
    • DirectionInbound (they contacted you) or Outbound (you contacted them)
    • Date and time — when the interaction took place
    • Notes — free-text summary
    • Fundraising activity (optional) — link this touchpoint to a campaign
  4. Click Save.

All touchpoints for a contact appear in chronological order under the Touchpoints section of their profile.
