The Add organisation form contains these fields. Types come from your workspace’s configuration, not a fixed list of organisation categories.

The profile additionally exposes tags, configured custom fields and strategic status. The creation form does not contain separate website, phone or charity-number fields; use an appropriately labelled registration for a registration number.
