Browse fundraising activities

Open Fundraising activities in the sidebar. The page lists all activities in a table.

  • Search by name — type in the search box to filter the list instantly.
  • Filter by type — use the type dropdown to show only Appeals, Events, Third-party fundraisers, or Acquisitions.

Create a fundraising activity

  1. Open Fundraising activities in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add fundraising activity.
  3. Enter at minimum Name (required). Optionally select an Activity type.
  4. Click Save.

  • When logging a touchpoint, select a fundraising activity in the touchpoint form.
  • When recording a payment, select a fundraising activity in the payment form.

Edit a fundraising activity

  1. Find the activity in the table.
  2. Click the actions menu () on the row and select Edit.
  3. Update the fields and click Save.

Delete a fundraising activity

  1. Find the activity in the table.
  2. Click the actions menu () on the row and select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

Deleting a fundraising activity does not delete any payments or touchpoints that were linked to it.
