Ticket Tailor integration
Ticket Tailor is an online ticketing platform. The ThirdSectorBee integration syncs your Ticket Tailor events, orders, and attendees into your CRM automatically, so you don’t need to maintain data in two places.
What data is synced

Each Ticket Tailor event must be mapped to a fundraising activity before its orders will sync. Unmapped events are skipped.
How data arrives
Data can flow into ThirdSectorBee in two ways:
Webhook (real-time): Ticket Tailor sends a notification to ThirdSectorBee each time a new order is placed. This requires a one-time webhook setup in your Ticket Tailor account. Once configured, new orders appear in ThirdSectorBee within seconds.
Full sync (on demand): A manual trigger that pulls all events and orders from Ticket Tailor at once. Use this to backfill historical data or to recover from a missed webhook.
Duplicate prevention
If an order has already been synced, it is skipped on subsequent syncs to avoid creating duplicate contacts or payments.
