Set up the pipeline
- Open the import wizard (Import in the sidebar) and upload your CSV.
- At Step 2 (Select entities), choose Pipeline.
- Click Add step and pick the entity type for the first step.
- Repeat to add the remaining steps in the order they need to run — earlier steps must come before steps that reference them.
- Click Next.
Map columns for each step
For each step, map the columns to that entity type’s fields, just as you would in a single import. Configure how the link between steps is established (e.g. how a contact step finds the right organisation created in the previous step).
Submit and watch
The Review and Status steps work as in a normal import. The status view shows progress per pipeline step.
