Browse fundraising activities
Open Fundraising activities in the sidebar. The page lists all activities in a table.
- Search by name — type in the search box to filter the list instantly.
- Filter by type — use the type dropdown to show only Appeals, Events, Third-party fundraisers, or Acquisitions.
Create a fundraising activity
- Open Fundraising activities in the sidebar.
- Click Add fundraising activity.
- Enter at minimum Name (required). Optionally select an Activity type.
- Click Save.

Link records to a fundraising activity
- When logging a touchpoint, select a fundraising activity in the touchpoint form.
- When recording a payment, select a fundraising activity in the payment form.
Edit a fundraising activity
- Find the activity in the table.
- Click the actions menu (⋯) on the row and select Edit.
- Update the fields and click Save.
Delete a fundraising activity
- Find the activity in the table.
- Click the actions menu (⋯) on the row and select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
Deleting a fundraising activity does not delete any payments or touchpoints that were linked to it.
