The Stewardship page surfaces a ranked list of suggested actions across your donor base — who to thank, who to follow up, and who is at risk of lapsing — so your team always knows where to focus.
You need the Relationships permission to view this page.
View stewardship actions
Open Stewardship in the sidebar (under the Relationships section).
The page shows a table of pending actions. Each row includes:
- Contact name — click to open the full contact profile.
- Action type — colour-coded badge (see Stewardship action types).
- Reason — a short explanation of why this action was suggested (e.g. “First gift received 3 days ago”, “No contact in 14 months”).
- Last gift — date and amount of the contact’s most recent payment.
- Lifetime giving — total recorded giving.
- Last touchpoint — date of the most recent logged interaction.
Actions are sorted by priority score, with the highest-priority items first.
Filter by action type
Use the Filter by type dropdown above the table to show only one category of action. Select a type to narrow the list, or clear the filter to see all actions.
Act on a suggestion
Click a contact’s name to open their profile and take the appropriate next step — log a touchpoint, record a payment, or update their record.
Once you have acted, there is no in-app “mark done” button; completed actions will disappear the following night when the list is recomputed.
When actions are updated
Actions are recomputed automatically each night (around 02:00 UTC). The page shows when the current set was last computed beneath the table header.
If a donor’s situation changes — for example, a new gift is recorded — the updated action list will reflect this the next morning.
