Settings are accessed via Relationships → Settings in the sidebar. You need administrator permissions to change them.

Touchpoint types

Touchpoint types define the kinds of interaction that can be recorded against a contact.

Property Notes
Name The label shown when logging a touchpoint
Default direction Inbound, Outbound, or Either — pre-selects the direction when this type is picked
Active Inactive types do not appear when logging new touchpoints

Consent channels define the communications methods you record consent for (e.g. Email, SMS, Postal, Phone).

Name The channel label shown on the contact consent panel
Enabled Disabled channels are hidden from the contact consent panel
